Fresh Catering

1. Order Placement

   • Orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance of the desired pick-up date.
   • Orders will only be processed upon confirmation of payment.

2. Pick-Up Locations

   • Catering pick-up is available exclusively at the following venues:
     • The Links Shell Cove Golf Club (Golf Drive, Shell Cove New South Wales 2529)
     • Illawarra Steelers Club (1/5 Burelli St, Wollongong New South Wales 2500)
     • Woonona Bowling & Recreation Club (5-9 Greta st, Woonona New South Wales 2517)

3. Pick-Up Times

   • Pick-up must occur within the business hours of the selected venue.
   • IL Lago is not responsible for orders not collected within the agreed time frame.

4. Identification Requirement

   • A valid photo ID must be presented upon pick-up to verify the identity of the person collecting the order.
   • If a third party is picking up the order, their details must be provided at the time of placing the order.

5. Order Modifications and Cancellations

   • Changes to orders or cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the pick-up time to qualify for any refund or adjustment.
   • Late modifications or cancellations are non-refundable.

6. Liability

   • Once an order has been picked up, IL Lago assumes no responsibility for the handling, storage, or quality of the food.

7. Special Requests

   • Dietary requirements or special menu requests must be discussed and confirmed at the time of ordering.

8. Force Majeure

   • IL Lago is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, such as venue closures or adverse weather conditions.
